At Ratio, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our coffee machines and want you to be completely satisfied with your brewing experience. If you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return your machine in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the machine and all original accessories securely into the original double-walled shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit to ensure it is in like-new condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
