What makes Ratio coffee machines different from standard drip makers?
Ratio machines simulate a professional pour-over process by using a powerful heating element to reach the ideal brewing temperature and a bloom cycle that allows coffee grounds to degas before brewing.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your machine leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all Ratio machines. If you are not completely satisfied with your brew, you can return the unit in its original packaging for a refund, minus shipping costs.
Do Ratio coffee machines come with a warranty?
Yes, every new Ratio Eight and Ratio Six comes with a 5-year limited warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use.
What kind of filters should I use?
The Ratio Eight is designed to work with Chemex paper filters or our custom stainless steel reusable filters. The Ratio Six uses standard flat-bottom basket filters.
Are the materials used in the machines BPA-free?
Absolutely. We use premium materials like hand-blown borosilicate glass, die-cast aluminum, and BPA-free copolymers to ensure the purest flavor and long-lasting durability.
